  • Shipping & Delivery
  • All orders placed on this website will ship within 2 business days. In the event that this is not possible (due to backorders or other delays), the customer shall be notified of this delay within 1-2 business days of placing the order.

    At this time, Adventure Out ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Adventure Out ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.


  • Return Policy
  • Only unused items in brand new condition may be returned for refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase.
    -Except in the case of error on the part of Adventure Out, shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
    -For exchanges due to customer preference (i.e. exchanging sizes and colors), return shipping of the original items to Adventure Out is the responsibility of the customer. Replacement items will be shipped out free of charge by Adventure Out.
    -To return or exchange an order, please call 800-509-3954 for a return authorization and shipping instructions.

    When returning items from an order that received a "free shipping" promotion, if the returned items drop the value of the order below the threshold required to receive free shipping, you will be charged the cost of shipping on your original invoice upon return of said items. Example: You order 2 wetsuits for $99 each and qualify for the "Free shipping on orders over $160" offer. If you return one of the wetsuits for a refund, you will be charged the shipping fees from your original order because the value of your order has now dropped below $160. This is done in order to protect Adventure Out from false orders used to wrongly receive free shipping - thank you for understanding.
